Sprint 53 Update

We made a new year's resolution for 2018. We want to keep you better updated on what's happening with Framework.

You might not know, but we actually build and release our software every three weeks. This is known as a 'sprint'.

At the conclusion of every sprint, we'll send put out a bulletin just like this one and publish a short video to tell you what we've done over the past few weeks.

What on earth is a Sprint?

Put simply, a sprint is a set period of time in which specific work has to be completed. The Framework development team (who live and work right here in Australia, by the way) work to an Agile methodology. Agile is a way of keeping track of everything we're up to, and making sure that we get everything done.

Logistics Tablet Sync Changes

Framework Logistics Tablet workflow dates now cannot be added or updated unless a daily full or meeting day sync has been performed in the last two weeks. This is to maintain data integrity and ensure all tablets are kept up to date.

Our sprints are three weeks long. That means that anything that's broken gets fixed, current features are improved, and new features are made available. Every three weeks.

Full Variation Names Now Visible

The select variation dropdown box in Logistics tablet now shows the full variation name.

Inclusions Template Allocation

When importing a client to ECM from Sales Advice Management, the inclusions template that has been allocated will also be imported and set in ECM.

Days After Method

The days after method value on the Building Contract Document screen now behaves correctly based on your selection of either calendar or working days.
